These general conditions of sale are intended for the use of the reservation of stays in lodging or rooms of hosts in La Lipomerie - 61390 Gâprée - France. They constitute the reservation contract between the owner, Mrs Anne-Emmanuelle Guillot, and the customer of a stay in a guest room or in a gite. 

Length of stay

Duration of the stay: The customer rents a lodging or a room for a determined duration and will not be able under any circumstance to prevail himself of an unspecified right to the maintenance in the places. 

Rates

The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes (the owner is not subject to VAT, article 293 B of the CGI).

 Validation of a reservation : The reservation is made by mail, by phone directly with the owner, or on the website www.la-lipomerie.fr . The reservation is considered firm only after reception of a deposit. For any reservation of an accommodation, the payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. The deposit and the balance can be made by check or bank transfer,

Payment of the balance

The balance must be received by the owners at the latest 5 days before the arrival on site, by check or bank transfer. The non-receipt of the balance within the deadline implies the cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid remaining acquired to the owners. 

Cancellation by the customer

Reservations made on the website can be cancelled by email: contact@la-lipomerie.fr -

In case of cancellation less than 4 days before the date of arrival, the payment remains with the owners.

In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely acquired to the owners. The additional services consumed will be due to the owners.

The reservation can be modified only once, at the latest 2 days before the arrival, only if the number of persons accommodated is lower than the number of persons registered. If the number of nights or persons is finally higher than the planned reservation, the modification can only be made if there is enough room to accommodate the guests in good conditions. 

Arrival time

Arrivals are at the times mentioned below: 4pm - 8pm. The rooms are available from 3pm unless specifically requested. Thank you to warn in case of arrival after 9 pm. 

Departure time

Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon unless requested in advance. 

 Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax and is included in the price of the night. It is collected by the owners on behalf of the municipality and is then transferred to the Treasury. It is included in the price of the accommodation. 

 Breakfast 

Breakfast is included in the price of the guest rooms. It is served in the house or in the garden between 8:00 and 10:00 am (unless otherwise requested). Accommodation in the gite does not include breakfast. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed by default. Please contact us about this before booking. If on the day of arrival, the client comes with one or more animals before prior agreement, the refusal to accept the animals and their owners by the owners of La Lipomerie cannot be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owners. Therefore, in case of departure of the client, no refund can be considered. 

 Art of living, use of space

All guests are asked to respect a certain art of living in order to guarantee the quietness of the place and the comfort of its guests.
Noisy parties or meetings are not allowed.
The interior of the gite and the rooms is a completely non-smoking area.

The client agrees to return the premises in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and assume financially, any possible damage for which he/she could be responsible.
The house is not suitable for small children or people in wheelchairs.
The use of the swimming pool for children is under the full responsibility of the parents and the persons accompanying them.
For the rental of the house, a deposit will be requested upon arrival.
