La Lipomerie welcomes you to its fully-equipped guest rooms. It's an open, welcoming place, dedicated to sharing and teaching. Aware of the ecology of the world, it wishes to offer its rooms and its soft lights to people committed to the link and eager to contribute to a benevolent and respectful dynamic.
The main house offers four bedrooms and one dormitory. The bakery, recently restored, can accommodate a family or a small group; ; four people can lodge in it. This is a small, detached home. Its south-facing terrasse, overlooking the pond, is bathed in glorious sun all day long!
With lodgings for small groups of people and a setting that is respectful of our guests’ privacy, La Lipomerie will certainly make your stay a fruitful one.

The estate is equipped with a swimming pool and outdoor furniture for relaxing moments. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
At any time during your stay at the gîte, you'll be able to enjoy board games and free-access bicycles for exploring the Perche region. A barbecue is at your disposal.
Stewardship services can be provided on request for the duration of your stay.
During your stay at La Lipomerie, you'll be collecting fruit and vegetables, aromatic herbs, eggs from the garden and, depending on the season, apples and honey straight from our beehives, as well as shearing sheep!
